WRITER
Sharon Greene is a screenwriter, playwright, producer and teacher based in Los Angeles. Her feature film, Operator, co-written with Director Logan Kibens, premiered at SXSW and can be streamed on Amazon. She currently teaches in USC’s Writing for Screen and Television program. Sharon develops and sells both fiction and non-fiction television, collaborating with Showrunners, Directors and Production Companies in LA and the U.K.
In the course of her writing career, Sharon has been supported by The Sundance Institute, Film Independent, The San Francisco Film Society, and National Endowment for the Arts.
Sharon’s most recent play, written collaboratively with The Neo-Futurist Ensemble, is 46 Plays for America’s First Ladies. It premiered deep in the heart of the pandemic – on Twitch to allow for audience participation – and became a New York Times Critics Pick.
